Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia) — 3 days per week in-office

What you will do
- Generate high-quality sales-qualified prospects to support territory plans and pipeline goals.
- Research and target high-potential SaaS and software companies to identify relevant buyer personas.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to plan territory strategy and align on messaging.
- Communicate the value of the platform to prospective customers.
- Manage prospect and pipeline data within Salesforce to ensure clear visibility.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience using a CRM or sales system such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging prospects.
- Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach based on customer context.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be based in Sydney, NSW for hybrid office attendance (3 days per week).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with product analytics, digital adoption, or customer experience.
- Experience prospecting into software, technology, product, or revenue teams.
- Proven experience building cold calling and email campaigns.
- Interest in progressing into an Account Executive role.
