What you will do

• Guide prospective customers in evaluating Commerce solutions to support confident buying decisions.
• Conduct deep technical and business discovery to assess fit and capture requirements.
• Build and deliver tailored, competitive demos highlighting key commerce capabilities and differentiators.
• Lead technical components of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for complex ecommerce use cases.
• Own technical responses for RFIs and RFPs to strategically position the company in competitive environments.
• Act as a trusted commerce advisor and evangelist at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Presales, Sales Engineer, or Solution Consultant.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Expertise in B2B or B2C commerce platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Magento, Shopify).
• AI/ML expertise with Search and Commerce related models (e.g., query suggestions, product recommendation models).
• Programming skills with Python and Javascript and experience with APIs (Postman).
• Ability to travel minimum 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in Professional Services with a focus on project scoping.
• Experience with CMS platforms.
