What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and qualify prospects' cloud environments and FinOps maturity.
  • Lead and own the technical validation process and Proof of Value (POV) engagements to demonstrate platform value.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Cloud Intelligence platform, focusing on cost visibility and optimization.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to articulate the financial impact of cloud intelligence.
  • Support technical engagements for MSPs, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators.
  • Translate customer requirements and feature gaps into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales/Solutions Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and datacenter knowledge (e.g., VMWare).
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in managing large datasets via spreadsheets.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems (e.g., DataDog, ServiceNow, Ansible).
  • Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
