What you will do

• Lead the technical sales process for acquiring new customers in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Analyze customer challenges and deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Engage with partners and service providers to identify mutual technical opportunities.
• Support the growth of the existing customer base alongside Customer Success Managers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Architect, or Engineer for a B2B vendor.
• Proven track record of engaging with technical personas, such as developers and architects.
• Strong expertise in API management, IAM (OAuth, JWT), REST, JSON, and XML.
• Deep understanding of the AI industry and modern Agentic tools and protocols (MCP, A2A, LLMs).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux/Windows, and scripting in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Ability to design high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) deployment architectures.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architectures, Kafka, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks or AI Agent platforms.
• Experience in SaaS or open-source communities.
