Location: Redmond, United States. Employees within 50-mile commute expected to work from office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (USD $158,400 – $258,000 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City).

What you will do

• Lead project execution for location and geospatial services, bringing clarity to ambiguous challenges and driving operational excellence.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to align goals, share learnings, and deliver at scale.
• Define success metrics with analytics teams and correlate improvements to user impact.
• Manage planning, execution, and delivery processes, ensuring alignment with product strategy and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (OR equivalent).
• 2+ years managing cross-functional/cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet hirify.global Cloud Background Check and security screening requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years relevant experience (OR equivalent).
• 3+ years in online services, data analysis, and product development.
• Experience managing complex dependencies across teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with location services, geospatial data, online services, and data pipelines.
