What you will do

• Unify stakeholders around a clear vision and plan aligned with strategic goals.
• Own end-to-end execution of key technical programs, managing risks and quality.
• Collaborate across Product, UX, Marketing, Legal, Data Sciences, and Engineering teams.
• Drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous and complex environments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be within 50-mile commute of a hirify.global U.S. office.
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and communicate with technical and executive audiences.
• Preferred: 12+ years experience, 8+ years leading high-ambiguity programs, and 4+ years in advertising/monetization technical roles.

Nice to have

• Experience with ad serving, programmatic auctions, ranking systems, and monetization KPIs.
• Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and responsible AI in consumer-scale products.
• Hands-on experience reviewing technical designs and system diagrams.
