What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle, strategy, and roadmap of the Academy program.
• Integrate educational initiatives into the business strategy to drive product adoption and the conversion funnel.
• Align cross-functional partners in Marketing, Growth, R&D, and RevOps.
• Conduct user discovery and synthesize insights into a prioritized program backlog.
• Direct content strategy and partner with solutions attorneys to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and track success metrics, including user engagement, NPS, and revenue attribution.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in program management, educational operations, or business strategy.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives tied to business outcomes.
• Experience in B2B/enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AI and legal technology.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high-paced startup environments.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent advanced legal education.
• Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
• Prior experience building 0→1 educational or growth programs.
• Experience at world-class enterprise companies like Ramp, Stripe, or Palantir.
