Salary: $151,000 — $297,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts partnering with Engineering, Product, and Product Design.
• Develop a strategic approach to program management that balances agility and process.
• Drive engineering programs forward to maximize business value delivery through technical acumen.
• Build strategic partnerships across the organization to execute product vision and business objectives.
• Act as a mentor to junior Technical Program Managers and lead by example.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• 5+ years of software development background.
• Ability to participate in technical design discussions and summarize trade-offs and outcomes.
• Proficiency with project tracking software such as Jira, Rally, or MS Project.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or comparable database technologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Interest in business automation using Python, Google Apps Script, or Slack.
• Familiarity with tools for code analysis, refactoring, and automated testing.
