Salary: Base $50,000 CAD, total on-target earnings $65,000–$70,000.

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle high-volume inquiries from potential customers and provide detailed product information.
- Address customer concerns, manage leads in CRM, and follow up to nurture relationships.
- Convert leads to sales, meet weekly/monthly/quarterly targets, and collaborate with sales team.
- Adapt to additional tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Based in Vancouver, BC, Canada; PST shifts (11am–10pm) for Australia coverage.
- Proven experience in customer interaction, lead generation, and closing deals.
- High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
