What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of practitioner accounts through onboarding, growth, and retention stages.
• Conduct training sessions and meetings to support platform adoption and optimization.
• Align hirify.global capabilities with practitioner workflows to identify and solve business challenges.
• Document all practitioner interactions and activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams by relaying practitioner feedback and product observations.
• Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships to ensure engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
• Must be based in Canada or the USA.
• Proven experience conducting customer calls, presentations, and training sessions.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong ability to manage a book of business and prioritize multiple accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health environments.
• Familiarity with clinical operations or practitioner workflows.
• Experience supporting behavior change and adoption within customer accounts.
