Salary: $59,000 to $71,000 base + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

  • Identify and secure sponsorships and partnerships with local organizations to drive funded investors and AUM.
  • Develop regional business development roadmaps and analyze market trends/user data to inform strategy.
  • Support sales through prospecting, outbound calls/emails, client meetings, and upselling.
  • Plan, host, and manage client events, including venue booking and presentations on personal finance/investing.
  • Maintain CRM records, ensure compliance, and provide client support within SLAs.
  • Articulate Investly's value proposition, gather feedback, and use social media to build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Current work authorization for Canada required
  • University degree in finance, business administration, or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial services, preferably sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to organize workload, analyze metrics, and meet sales targets.
