What you will do

• Advise and train workshops and dealers on spare parts sales
• Conduct product presentations and training courses on site and digitally
• Analyse customer requirements and develop individual solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Analyse market and competition to identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with sales team to support sales

Requirements

• Completed education in Automotive sector (technology, service or sales) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in vehicle spare parts, ideally in field service or technical support
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel and flexibility
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital media
• Driving license
