TL;DR

Inbound Sales Representative (Healthcare): Handling incoming inquiries from potential customers interested in whole-body MRI scans, providing detailed product information, managing leads in CRM, and converting leads to sales with an accent on customer service and relationship building. Focus on addressing concerns, meeting sales targets, and collaborating on strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid at Vancouver, British Columbia office (V6B 6A7) - first 2 weeks full-time in office, following 1 month 3 days/week in office, ongoing 2 days/week in office. 40hr work week with rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

Salary: $40,000 base + discretionary bonus up to $20,000+ OTE in local currency

What you will do

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to handle high volume of incoming inquiries.
  • Answer questions, provide product info, identify customer needs, address concerns, and convert leads to sales.
  • Manage leads in CRM, track pipeline, follow up with potential customers, and nurture relationships.
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with sales team on opportunities, strategies, and revenue growth.
  • Use systems to convert leads and take on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid schedule at Vancouver office with required in-office days
  • Experience in customer support, telesales, customer success, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure in fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset, adaptability to changes, and professionalism with emphasis on patient privacy.
