What you will do

  • Drive sales growth via proactive outreach and strategic relationship building in target accounts.
  • Create sales opportunities and deliver positive customer experiences using the hirify.global sales model.
  • Collaborate with Outside Account Executives, SEs, and Channel Partners to penetrate new accounts.
  • Utilize a digital tech stack including LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
  • Manage the sales funnel and pipeline to achieve yearly targets and core KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish language is required.
  • 2+ years of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a positive phone presence.
  • Experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for persuasion.
