Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do
- Partner with Total Rewards leaders to design market-based executive compensation packages.
- Administer executive programs ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Lead design and modification of short- and long-term incentive plans, guidelines, and policies.
- Prepare materials for Board of Directors and HR committee on compensation plans and results.
- Leverage market data for compensation analysis, pricing, and recommendations.
- Support HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on executive offers, promotions, and ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years compensation experience.
- Experience leading large, complex projects.
- Expertise in compensation solutions and processes design.
- Ability to handle highly confidential HR information.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
- Accounting or finance background.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday) and market pricing software (MarketPay).
