Salary: $100,000 - $132,000 annually

What you will do

  • Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including resolving file feed data errors and ensuring timely vendor exchange.
  • Own the new hire benefits onboarding experience and manage all benefits-related employee communications.
  • Oversee the Leave of Absence process in partnership with Payroll to ensure compliance and a smooth employee experience.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new roles using job descriptions and salary surveys.
  • Administer 401(k) and Health & Welfare annual testing, coordinating with plan administrators and auditors.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance on annual merit processes, budgeting, and compensation reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits & Compensation Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP and/or Rippling for benefits administration.
  • Working knowledge of 401(k) and Health & Welfare plan compliance and testing.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and market pricing methodologies (e.g., Radford, Aon, Culpepper).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with wellness program design and communication best practices.
