What you will do

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with enterprise brands and agencies to achieve joint business objectives.
• Develop and execute retail media strategies, including paid search and display, to drive traffic, conversions, and organic rankings.
• Manage annual budgets, allocate resources across campaigns, and create marketing calendars aligned with seasonal trends.
• Use hirify.global tools and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for deep performance analysis, category trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Provide operational recommendations to maximize sales and increase participation in retailer programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and provide input on platform development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, digital marketing, or sales.
• Proven success managing Search and Display Media strategies on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.
• Experience working with enterprise brands and agencies to deliver measurable results at scale.
• Advanced analytical abilities to uncover insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace flywheel.
• Must be based in the US.
