What you will do
- Proactively contact existing customers to identify and close upsell opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Deliver compelling product pitches and proposals
- Cross-sell and upsell payment solutions to maximise account value
- Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships while focusing on revenue generation
- Manage pipeline, activity, and sales outcomes in CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales, telesales, or revenue growth roles
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing skills, objection handling, and commercial awareness
- Confident selling over the phone in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, or retention sales highly desirable
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by earnings and performance
