What you will do

• Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and vendor agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initial request to execution.
• Oversee CLM system tickets and ensure accurate metadata capture and filing.
• Optimize the integration between the CLM system and Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track contract pipelines and legal team performance.
• Improve contract playbooks and form templates to drive efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be located in North America.
• 4+ years of experience with CLM and CRM systems, contract management, or legal operations.
• Proven experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard commercial contracts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience working within high-growth private companies.
