What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
• Own Ironclad end-to-end, including the creation and maintenance of workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Build and optimize scalable contracting playbooks and processes to handle high-volume deal flow.
• Act as the primary intake point for contract requests, ensuring proper routing and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Legal and GTM teams to accelerate agreement review and execution.
• Utilize AI platforms like Claude and automation tools like n8n to optimize internal legal operations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in contract management, legal ops, or a similar operational role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ironclad is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of standard commercial agreements.
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools (n8n) and AI platforms (Claude).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Exposure to SaaS or enterprise sales contracting.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.
• Advanced experience building complex workflows in Ironclad.
