What you will do

• Lead electrical verification strategy across front-end, back-end, and lab testing.
• Coordinate development and implementation of test methodologies for GaN devices at wafer and product levels.
• Drive test and characterization concepts, propose new setups to address issues considering design-to-manufacturing and cost.
• Collaborate with device, product, and application engineers to create test solutions meeting development, quality, and customer needs.
• Own test and characterization implementation, solve problems, and innovate solutions.

Requirements

• Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Solid-State Physics with hands-on experience in semiconductor characterization, especially GaN.
• Experience testing high voltage power semiconductor devices; familiarity with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) desirable.
• Team player with strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written); German a plus.
