What you will do

• Own technical development of QC system from concept to market readiness, converting research into commercial product
• Lead system architecture, integrating analytical instruments into automated fluidic sampling and measurement system
• Serve as primary technical interface to CDMO partners, managing deliverables and alignment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in Pharma/Med-Tech
• Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, chemistry, physics disciplines
• Solve integration challenges in hardware, fluidics, data interfaces, and analytics

Requirements

• Proven track record bringing complex products to market in regulated sectors (Pharma, Biopharma, Med-Tech)
• Strong systems engineering with hardware, fluidics, analytical technologies (e.g., NMR), data interfaces
• Experience with fluid management (microfluidics, single-use assemblies) and analytical QC equipment
• Hands-on managing outsourced development with CDMOs
• Ability to lead complex projects across teams and partners
• Understanding of pharmaceutical QC, GMP, equipment qualification

Nice to have

• Familiarity with QC lab instruments (pH meters, related systems)
• Strong communication for diverse stakeholders
