What you will do

• Lead technical support for Preclinical Polaris, optimizing workflows for hyperpolarized dose production and resolving mechanical/software issues.
• Develop SOPs for NMR analysis, perform quality control, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver user training, documentation, and Site Acceptance Testing for system installations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and customers as the field voice.
• Support system demonstrations and evaluate new hardware/software features.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with deep NMR expertise (theory and hardware operation).
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and customer management skills.
• Pedagogical skills for training and a facilitator mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically/internationally.

• Direct experience with Hyperpolarization technologies (DNP, PHIP).
