TL;DR

Sr. Associate, Sales Enablement Strategist (Financial Services): Owns development and execution of tech adoption strategies and best practices for Distribution sales teams with an accent on CRM systems, sales tools enablement, and alignment with sales leadership. Focus on managing wholesaler tech maturity progress, facilitating UAT for enhancements, and coordinating sales tech strategies with marketing.

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: $76,500 - $95,000 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute tech adoption strategies for Distribution sales teams.
  • Align strategies with sales leadership collaboration routines.
  • Manage wholesaler tech adoption maturity with sales management.
  • Enable core sales systems like M365 Dynamics, Copilot, and PowerBI.
  • Facilitate UAT for new sales tech enhancements.
  • Build networks with sales teams and coordinate tech strategies with marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years in sales technology training.
  • 3+ years utilizing CRMs (Dynamics 365 a plus).
  • 3-5 years in Financial Services industry preferable.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter driven to take ownership.

Nice to have

  • Working familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Functional fluency with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot).
