Location: Remote (Must be based in Wisconsin)

Salary: $60,750 per year (base) + uncapped commission

What you will do

• Develop and maintain high levels of annuity production by executing detailed business plans.
• Train, motivate, and develop strategic working relationships with specified Financial Institutions.
• Execute senior wholesaling functions to attain sales goals with top producers across all distribution channels.
• Coordinate and drive regional business plans as the leader of a three-person sales team.
• Maximize opportunities to grow advisor relationships through consistent activity and outreach.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
• State Life and Health License and FINRA Series 6 and 63 required.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results in an assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Previous external sales management experience.
• Experience in all channels of annuity distribution.
