TL;DR

Principal Client Partner, National Vertical Specialist (Ad Sales): Hunting and closing new enterprise business within Entertainment & Media, Technology, and Retail & QSR verticals while serving as a strategic overlay partner to national sales teams with an accent on in-app advertising solutions leveraging first-party visitation data. Focus on architecting contextually relevant ad experiences, enabling sellers nationwide, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and deal execution.

Location: Remote within the US

Salary: $118,000 - $195,000 plus sales target bonus

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle: hunt new enterprise business across Entertainment & Media, Technology, and Retail & QSR; manage pipeline and close deals with marketing decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth by executing strategic plans to meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets for your book of business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like CMOs and VPs of Marketing; deliver insight-led presentations on location data solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations for long-term partnerships delivering measurable ROI.
  • Enable national sales teams: identify in-app ad opportunities, provide vertical expertise, and support joint client engagements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Marketing, Product, and Measurement teams; represent client feedback to shape strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years in digital media sales with success in hunting enterprise business and collaborating with sales teams
  • Deep expertise and network in Entertainment & Media, Technology, and/or Retail & QSR verticals
  • Experience selling to brands/marketing decision-makers; proven track record exceeding sales goals
  • Established network of brand contacts; expertise in digital ad ecosystem, mobile/location-based advertising, measurement
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong collaboration without direct authority
