TL;DR

Director, Learning and Organizational Development: Leads strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide leadership, learning, and organizational development initiatives with an accent on aligning with strategic plan, values, and business needs. Focus on designing scalable training systems, leadership competency models, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness programs.

Location: Remote, open to applicants based anywhere in the continental U.S.; must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Salary: $113,006 - $131,250 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and institutionalize enterprise leadership, learning, and organizational development strategy aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Design tiered leadership development experiences, competency models, assessments, and executive coaching programs.
  • Lead organization design, change management, team effectiveness sessions, and cross-functional forums.
  • Build career growth model, talent and succession planning processes with HR partners and executives.
  • Oversee blended learning solutions, curate resources, facilitate workshops, and manage learning technologies.
  • Define metrics, dashboards, and ROI for talent programs while embedding culture and inclusion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent or Leadership Development
  • 5+ years at enterprise/national scope with senior influence and 5+ years people leadership
  • Enterprise expertise in leadership/talent development, career architecture, competency modeling, succession.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, analytical skills; ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated success building and institutionalizing leadership strategies and learning programs.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in organizational development, HR, or related.
  • Certifications in coaching, change management, or assessments (Prosci, Hogan, Korn Ferry, EQ).
  • Experience in national, global, nonprofit, or matrixed organizations.
