What you will do

  • Achieve assigned sales targets through efficient go-to-market strategy execution and hands-on deal participation.
  • Hire, develop, and manage high-performance sales team focused on growth, ownership, and results.
  • Develop sales pipeline via lead generation initiatives and manage key conversions and forecasts.
  • Build C/VP-level client relationships, engage channel partners, and deliver exceptional sales presentations.
  • Implement sales strategies, innovations, and provide coaching/feedback to drive team urgency and performance.
  • Work effectively with global in-office and remote teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including 4+ years as front-line leader
  • Experience in B2B SaaS (CRM, BPM, ERP, low-code/no-code, etc.) selling to large enterprises with long cycles.
  • Proven track record meeting quarterly/annual targets; strong personal network in the region.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge of people management strategies and operating in complex multi-channel sales environments.
  • Experience in remote-first environment
