TL;DR

Dealer Account Manager (Auto Finance): Educating and training dealer partners on financing programs, prospecting new business opportunities, and managing sales activities to grow market share with an accent on consultative sales and account development. Focus on preparing presentations, restructuring loans for approvals, and maintaining constant communication via phone and in-person visits.

Location: Remote - on the road in local US market (Savannah, GA home office), significant local travel required, valid state driver's license needed.

What you will do

  • Prepare presentations and proposals for independent and franchise dealerships.
  • Identify prospects, follow up on leads, and develop new dealer partners.
  • Maintain communication via phone and in-person visits to train on programs and funding.
  • Provide loan restructuring solutions for profitable approvals.
  • Educate dealers on sales contracts and verification requirements.
  • Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required)
  • 1-2 years previous Sales role with proven track record.
  • Presentation skills from creation to delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
  • Significant local travel; valid state driver's license required

Nice to have

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Previous Outside Sales experience.
  • Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL.
