Focus on auditing current narratives, developing segment-specific messaging, launching features tied to revenue, and scaling the PMM function while driving commercial outcomes.

Location: Hybrid-first in Amsterdam with flexibility for remote work within European time zones.

What you will do

  • Lead audits and evolve positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation aligned with ICPs.
  • Build sales enablement assets like battlecards, objection guides, and pitch decks from sales insights.
  • Define GTM plans, product launch strategies, and feedback loops with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Drive pipeline impact through campaigns, events, and content with measurable commercial goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency and evolve market perception alongside upmarket growth.
  • Build and scale the Product Marketing function, hiring specialists and creating cross-functional processes.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS or high-growth scale-ups.
  • Proven track record owning positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and GTM with commercial impact.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Growth, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Building or managing small high-performing teams.
  • Sharp messaging skills to simplify complex products; sales proximity via calls and objections.
  • Executor mindset: ship quickly, collaborate, connect strategy to revenue.
