Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and model key bottlenecks and drop-off points across the patient journey to improve follow-through.
• Conduct exploratory and descriptive analyses using raw event and operational data to establish behavioral patterns.
• Design and analyze experiments and structured usability studies to validate experience improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track leading and lagging indicators across experience touchpoints.
• Partner cross-functionally with UX, Product, and Operations to convert insights into concrete product improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quantitative UX research, product research, or behavioral science in a digital product environment.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation, specifically regarding activation, retention, and engagement.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R for independent raw data analysis.
• Experience extracting actionable insights from survey and NPS data.
• Must be based in the USA.
