Salary: $102,000 – $216,000 (based on location)

What you will do

• Design and execute complex research studies to inform product development and optimization.
• Manage longitudinal CSAT/NPS and other KPI studies for internal and external reporting.
• Deliver analytics support using SQL, Redshift, and Tableau to develop dashboards.
• Synthesize primary and secondary quantitative data to provide holistic business insights.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-research audiences including senior leadership and product teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research efficiency and data analysis workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in consumer/UX research or analytics (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience with survey design, sampling, weighting, and statistical analysis.
• Expertise in Alchemer or Qualtrics.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau.
• Exceptional communication and data visualization skills.
