Salary: $76,280 - $82,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage a team and a portfolio of in-kind programs valued at $15M+ to reduce chapter cash expenses.
- Identify and develop new corporate in-kind programs in collaboration with Corporate Alliances leadership.
- Orchestrate and deliver chapter trainings and resources to maximize in-kind utilization.
- Analyze and report on chapter grants and programs, developing impact reports for leadership.
- Select and evaluate the 3rd party travel management company responsible for wish trip bookings.
- Coordinate across multiple internal teams and 57 chapters to ensure effective mission delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional business experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment and travel as required.

- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience operating within multi-faceted reporting structures.
