TL;DR

Salary: $76,280 - $82,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a team and a portfolio of in-kind programs valued at $15M+ to reduce chapter cash expenses.
  • Identify and develop new corporate in-kind programs in collaboration with Corporate Alliances leadership.
  • Orchestrate and deliver chapter trainings and resources to maximize in-kind utilization.
  • Analyze and report on chapter grants and programs, developing impact reports for leadership.
  • Select and evaluate the 3rd party travel management company responsible for wish trip bookings.
  • Coordinate across multiple internal teams and 57 chapters to ensure effective mission delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional business experience, preferably in a non-profit environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment and travel as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience operating within multi-faceted reporting structures.
