What you will do

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Account Managers and Case Administrators for high-quality customer service.
• Track team performance against SLAs, identify improvements, and collaborate with departments like Underwriting and Quality.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and evaluations.
• Handle escalations, solve complex issues, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance operations and customer experience.
• Prepare reports on performance and communicate with leadership and team.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and workload distribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in life insurance industry
• 1-3 years in leadership role
• Proven leadership experience coaching high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of VUL life insurance products, transaction processing, distribution, and administrative systems
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and technical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of company operations, products, and services
