What you will do
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Account Managers and Case Administrators for high-quality customer service.
- Track team performance against SLAs, identify improvements, and collaborate with departments like Underwriting and Quality.
- Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and evaluations.
- Handle escalations, solve complex issues, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance operations and customer experience.
- Prepare reports on performance and communicate with leadership and team.
- Oversee training, onboarding, and workload distribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in life insurance industry
- 1-3 years in leadership role
- Proven leadership experience coaching high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of VUL life insurance products, transaction processing, distribution, and administrative systems
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and technical skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of company operations, products, and services
