Salary: $116,000 - $168,200 / year

What you will do

• Lead assigned priority areas in Transformational Gifts, convening expertise across Development and the institution.
• Plan and suggest strategies to attain programmatic goals aligned with departmental business plans.
• Serve as knowledge expert and main Development contact for leadership in assigned areas.
• Apply knowledge of philanthropic processes including gift opportunities, proposals, agreements, communication, training, allocations, and stewardship.
• Interpret and maintain knowledge of activities, providing institutional perspective on fundraising policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in programmatic leadership at a large, complex organization or 10 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, project management, program management, operations, and communication.
• Ability to inspire trust, communicate effectively with internal/external audiences, maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience working with high-level, affluent clientele (benefactors) preferred; work in complex matrix environment.
• Proficiency in technology; experience at hirify.global, healthcare, or development setting beneficial.
