What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue and create new business opportunities.
  • Leverage data insights to inform decisions and shape strategies enhancing partner performance and growth.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with senior executives at partner organizations to influence strategies and close large-scale deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligning with partner goals to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Stay current on travel industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen to communicate effectively with C-level executives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills to develop and execute data-driven strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
