What you will do
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue and create new business opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions and shape strategies enhancing partner performance and growth.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with senior executives at partner organizations to influence strategies and close large-scale deals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligning with partner goals to unlock new revenue streams.
- Stay current on travel industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business development efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen to communicate effectively with C-level executives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver results
- Strong analytical skills to develop and execute data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
