What you will do

• Build and manage a personal portfolio of major donors with the ability to give $10K–$100K.
• Meet and exceed annual revenue and activity goals through strategic solicitation.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage leads and expand the major gift pipeline in assigned regions.
• Collaborate with chapter field leadership and staff to enhance the donor experience.
• Maintain strong data management and record keeping according to team processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in individual gift fundraising.
• Experience working with high net worth volunteer leaders and donors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
