TL;DR

OEM Sales Manager (Industrial Technology): Driving profitable growth with key industrial customers across Europe by securing design-ins and expanding platform penetration with an accent on strategic account development and technical sales. Focus on managing long sales cycles with complex OEM organizations and leading commercial activities including pricing strategy and contract negotiations.

Location: Remote (Virtual) from Germany, Lithuania, or Italy. Regular travel across Europe (approx. 40%) is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic 12-24 month account plans for key OEM customers across Europe to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities by securing design-ins and increasing platform penetration within customer applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and leadership levels.
  • Lead commercial activities including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and agreement management.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities to ensure visibility in tracking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAE), Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in OEM sales within power electronics, industrial, or energy-related industries.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven track record in design-in sales and managing long sales cycles with complex customer organizations.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 OEM customers in a pan-European environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe (around 40% of the time).

  • Strong understanding of power conversion systems or technical solutions used in industrial applications.
