Salary: $136,890 – $182,450

What you will do
- Identify and pilot emerging technologies, including AI/ML and advanced analytics, to modernize underwriting and product delivery.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research, rapid prototyping, and lean experiments (MVPs, pilots) with clear success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Data Science, Tech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure scalable and responsible AI solutions.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into requirements, strategic roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Promote modern product and innovation practices by coaching peers on experimentation and data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive product management experience, ideally in innovation or large-scale technology modernization.
- Must be based in the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
- Must have indefinite authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Deep expertise in insurance operations, underwriting, and digital product experiences.
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools, prompt engineering (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot), SQL, and SAS.
- Strong command of innovation methods, research techniques, and lean experimentation frameworks.
Nice to have
- CPCU, Agile/Lean, or Design Thinking certifications.
- Experience supporting employee resource groups or mentoring employees.
