What you will do

• Perform high-volume outbound outreach via phone, SMS, and email to enroll eligible patients.
• Identify patient needs and match them with appropriate insurance benefits and health services.
• Guide patients through the onboarding process, including technical setup of the Spotlight app.
• Manage patient demographics and interaction records within Salesforce.
• Coordinate with a care team of nurses, pharmacists, and primary care providers.
• Achieve performance goals related to patient enrollment and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in health education or patient engagement.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (no sponsorship).
• Availability for weekends and shifts from 12pm to 8pm ET.
• Experience with outbound communication (phone, SMS, video).
• Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications.

Nice to have

• Certification as a health coach, medical assistant, or pharmacy technician.
• Experience with Medicaid-insured populations.
• Background in sales, patient conversion, or call center environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
