Salary: $160,155 – $213,550

What you will do

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver AI-powered actionable intelligence for Product Strategy & Development.
• Translate business needs into complex analytics and AI requirements to guide high-quality product choices.
• Operationalize Data Science outputs into intuitive, automated decision support tools and standardized reporting.
• Deploy AI insight frameworks, including early-warning systems, anomaly detection, and tradeoff modeling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Actuaries, and Technology teams to execute an intelligence roadmap.
• Coach team members in AI-driven decision intelligence, causal thinking, and model interpretation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, or related innovation disciplines.
• 3-5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML product development and responsible AI controls.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Microsoft 365/Copilot) and technical tools like SQL or SAS.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• CPCU designation, Agile/Lean, or Design Thinking certifications.
