Sr. Manager, Product Intelligence (AI): Delivery of actionable intelligence powered by artificial intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making within Product Strategy & Development with an accent on operationalizing Data Science outputs and predictive capabilities. Focus on building AI-driven insight frameworks, leading a team of analysts, and embedding intelligence solutions into operating routines.
Location: Remote anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: $160,155 – $213,550

What you will do
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver AI-powered actionable intelligence for Product Strategy & Development.
- Translate business needs into complex analytics and AI requirements to guide high-quality product choices.
- Operationalize Data Science outputs into intuitive, automated decision support tools and standardized reporting.
- Deploy AI insight frameworks, including early-warning systems, anomaly detection, and tradeoff modeling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Actuaries, and Technology teams to execute an intelligence roadmap.
- Coach team members in AI-driven decision intelligence, causal thinking, and model interpretation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product delivery, or related innovation disciplines.
- 3-5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML product development and responsible AI controls.
- Proficiency in AI tools (Microsoft 365/Copilot) and technical tools like SQL or SAS.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
- CPCU designation, Agile/Lean, or Design Thinking certifications.
