What you will do

• Own commercial and contract administration, including pricing structures, purchase orders, and compliance across national delivery programmes.
• Line manage, coach, and provide quality control for two Contracts Coordinators.
• Review and process contractor invoices, applications for payment, and variations.
• Lead the onboarding and commercial setup of new contractors to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve contractor-related commercial issues and disputes.
• Support supplier sourcing, benchmarking rates, and contributing to negotiations.

Requirements

• Background in commercial or contract administration within construction, utilities, or infrastructure space.
• Expertise in contractor and supplier management, pricing structures, and commercial governance.
• Strong financial accuracy and a track record of managing invoices and reconciliations.
• Experience in people leadership, including supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• Legal right to work in the UK is required.
