What you will do

• Oversee store installations, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Manage maintenance SLAs and communicate project updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Lead and support Team Leads, including staffing, training, hiring, and performance management.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and third-party contractors.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality, enforce safety procedures, and manage regional inventory.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field service management, installations, or related industry.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Working smartphone required.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic reporting tools and Google Workspace.
• Ability to travel as needed.
