What you will do

• Manage the onboarding pipeline for SME and Mid-Market accounts to ensure successful client launches.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Implementation, and Business Development teams to facilitate smooth handovers.
• Develop and deliver customer-facing launch plans, including communication strategies, webinars, and engagement events.
• Establish and constantly improve the onboarding "playbook" for scalable and repeatable success.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and implement automation or self-serve resources.
• Act as an expert on salary sacrifice schemes to educate clients and unblock implementation challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B customer-facing experience in onboarding, project management, or account management.
• High level of organization and efficiency when managing high-volume tasks.
• Ability to use data to drive decision-making and tell a story.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Confident communication skills to engage and instill confidence in diverse audiences.
• Must be based in London and available to work from the Oxford Circus office at least 2 days per week.
