Salary: $105,000-125,000 annually plus bonus eligible

What you will do

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual statutory financial statements per NAIC and state requirements.
• Lead monthly close components including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial results and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, actuarial, investments, and compliance teams for accurate reporting.
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews with documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting principles (SAP); P&C insurance experience preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with NetSuite or similar GL systems a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• CPA or AIAF certification preferred (pursuing also considered)
