What you will do

• Provide timely and accurate financial statements and reports to senior management and business unit leaders.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for core finance functions to enhance internal controls.
• Manage financial operations for subsidiary and foreign operations, including intercompany transactions.
• Lead the Annual Financial Audit and oversee the company's tax strategy and compliance.
• Manage treasury functions, cash flow projections, and optimize banking relationships.
• Oversee the integration of acquired companies within the finance function to leverage operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• CPA certification and strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Strong proficiency with Sage Intacct.
• 10–15 years of financial leadership experience, most recently as a Director or VP.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sage Intacct Contracts Module.
• Experience scaling accounting organizations in high-growth environments (approaching or exceeding $200M revenue).
• Background in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Prior operations experience.
