Salary: $110,000 - $128,000

What you will do

• Administer reinsurance agreements, prepare settlements and reports.
• Identify and lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain reinsurance admin system integrity and data accuracy.
• Review and validate reports from reinsurers for completeness.
• Contribute to financial close cycles with journal entries and flux analysis.
• Interact with reinsurers, third-party admins, and business partners.

Requirements

• BA in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years reinsurance finance experience with life insurance focus.
• Experience with admin systems, ledger data, operating statements.
• Understanding of accounting principles, reinsurance operations, financial reporting.
• Ability to work with large Excel files and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Nice to have

• GAAP and Statutory reporting knowledge.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial systems.
• Advanced MS Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
