Salary: $165,000 - $195,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and oversee a comprehensive claims audit program, including targeted audits and calibration sessions.
• Establish quality standards and governance frameworks across all claims functions to ensure consistency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as loss control, leakage, and customer satisfaction to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Training, Data & Analytics, and IT to identify skill gaps and implement technology enhancements.
• Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations, including Department of Insurance requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Claims Quality team, overseeing workforce planning and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in property & casualty claims operations and quality assurance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in claims management.
• Strong experience with California claims handling is required.
• Deep knowledge of automobile claims, including material damage, bodily injury, liability, and litigation.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states.
