What you will do

• Support teams in adopting and utilizing AI tools to improve speed and quality of work.
• Configure and iterate AI-powered workflows using platforms like Claude and HubSpot.
• Translate stakeholder briefs into technical outputs, including prompts, playbooks, and automations.
• Track AI adoption and outcomes, reporting value and blockers to the AI Working Group.
• Stay current with AI developments to identify and implement useful tools and patterns.
• Conduct training sessions and one-to-ones to upskill colleagues in AI capability.

Requirements

• Practical approach to applying AI to real-world business problems.
• Technical literacy and ability to troubleshoot AI tools without necessarily being a developer.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks in a shifting landscape.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
