What you will do

• Architect large-scale, production-ready AI implementations, including agent-based systems and compound AI architectures.
• Oversee the end-to-end LLMOps lifecycle, including prompt versioning and vector database indexing.
• Act as a trusted technical partner to C-suite stakeholders, guiding AI decisions and resolving complex business challenges.
• Define and implement robust evaluation frameworks (e.g., Golden Datasets) and safety guardrails for bias and hallucination management.
• Mentor the developer community to help engineers develop their AI and full-stack specialisms.
• Drive the company's external perception as an AI authority by producing high-level content and speaking at events.

Requirements

• Expert software engineering experience with a proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.
• Strong grounding in cloud-native patterns, specifically AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven expertise in designing agentic architectures and integrating multiple LLMs with RAG.
• Experience implementing SLMs or edge-runtime solutions to optimize for latency and cost.
• Ability to act as a persuasive evangelist for AI best practices to executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the UK, Europe, or the USA to align with the company's Club model.
