Location: Edinburgh, Scotland. Must be based within commutable distance or willing to relocate prior to beginning the internship.

What you will do

• Build and test AI prototypes and agents in collaboration with technical teams.
• Develop enablement materials, documentation, and best practices for enterprise AI platforms.
• Support users with search, prompting, and automation strategies to solve business problems.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scoped solution briefs.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve content architecture and solution design.
• Partner with system owners to improve content hygiene and metadata standards across Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and SharePoint.

Requirements

• Passion for AI/ML and a broad understanding of basic AI concepts.
• Practical experience using GenAI platforms and understanding of prompt engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet U.S. export control eligibility requirements.
• Must be based within commutable distance of Edinburgh or be willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience designing internal productivity agents or AI-enabled workflows.
• Working experience with Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation frameworks, and workflow tools.
